You Have to Claim It!

A few years ago, when I was second guessing my role in our ASEA business, a wise woman (Ambassador Double Diamond: Tammi Gates) once gave me some sage advice:

“You have to claim what is rightfully yours.”

I caught up with Tammi recently at the Diamond Summit in Hawaii and I had the chance to let her know how important her advice has been to me.

When you think about it, Tammi is right, we all have to claim what is rightfully ours in our ASEA business.

If this message resonates with you, perhaps it is time to look at where you have been holding back in your ASEA business. Is there an obstacle you have been avoiding or a habit you have succumbed to that is not serving your highest and best interests?

Maybe you have built your ASEA business on a shaky foundation with a lackluster ASEA Why, or perhaps you are holding back from talking to people, or inviting them to an ASEA event because you need a little more self-confidence or you do not have a clear direction on where you are headed in ASEA.

Celebrate whatever may be holding you back because you have the absolute power to change it.

Also know, that unless you take full responsibility for your current circumstances and take a firm hold of the reigns of your ASEA business – it is highly unlikely that your future ASEA leaders will walk up to your front door tomorrow and ask to join you in business.

Once you put it out there as a proclamation by claiming the success that is rightfully yours in your ASEA business, then by taking the necessary action towards achieving your ASEA goals – the future will be yours for the taking.

Daily growth is not easy but it is so very worth it.

Thank you Tammi, for saying what needed to be said. What a true leader and an inspiration you are too so many!
